About the position
As a Sales Development Rep (SDR) you will be crucial for InXero as you will be responsible for generating highly qualified sales leads. By collaborating strategically with our sales team to identify, research and target the right companies, you will have a great impact on InXero’s growth.
What you'll do at InXero:
Facilitate prospective customers (Solution Provider Channels, Value Added Resellers, MSPs and Distributors, Vendors) on digital customer-moments and sales enablement.
Strategize with Sales on which companies to target. Build the target prospect list /database.
Find the relevant contacts within those target companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn and/or phone (Make 60-100 relevant, human touches per day).
Confidently outbound cold-call into target companies, identifying key decision makers and influencers.
Qualify prospects & set up meetings / product demos for sales weekly.
Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to develop and implement account communication plans.
Work towards a monthly sales target.
Represent InXero’s culture and values in all customer conversations.
What you MUST bring to the table:
2 years of experience in a B2B SDR role.
4 year Bachelor's degree.
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment - you are Fearless.
Ability to craft highly relevant emails that engage senior marketing and sales executives, Solution Provider Channel business owners, CEOs.
A results driven personality.
A proven track record of achieving measurable goals.
The ability to be a self-starter in a fast paced environment. An infectiously positive attitude and outlook.
Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities.
Experience selling MarTech / SalesTech SaaS offerings
Bonus if you have:
Social Selling experience.
Past start up experience.
Challenger, Sandler, or other sales training preferred.
Content science background.
Experience in or strong understanding of Solution Provider Channel.
Sold to mid-market companies.
