About the position
This Customer Success Representative role is critical to the success of the digital migration of Multi-tier sales model and will have a direct impact on the results our customers will see when implementing our vertical SaaS Marketing and Sales solution. You are passionate about engaging your customers, learning how InXero vertical SaaS solutions can make them successful, and expanding their adoption as well use cases. You have fantastic relational skills and want to work in an environment where culture and “doing it right” matter. You love the idea of being on the launch pad of a startup. If this is you, our customer base is rapidly expanding and we have a tremendous opportunity to be an early part of the red-hot vertically focused Marketing & Sales for IT Sales Channel opportunity.
