At InXero, we are looking for a genius to help us take the "BusinessLive - Unified Social
Business Solutions™" to the next level, and accelerate marketing, sales and customer engagements
of InXero.
In this role, executive will lead and drive all of the company's initiatives in the marketing
including (Community Building, Marketing to Social Web, blogging), Sales/New Account
Acquisition and rollout and Product Management.
A self starter with entrepreneurial spirit, the successful candidate will have:
MUST have qualities:

Enterprise Social Media: Deep knowledge of and passion for
enterprise social media, rich media, smart devices

Marketing: Hands on marketing experience (demand generation,
brand awareness) and relationships with the players in the Ad business

Sales: Hands on experience in strategic sales, acquiring alpha
and beta enterprise customers, early stage direct and indirect sales experience,
writing proposals, early stage MoUs

Product Management: Experience in product management and vision
to analyze new features without actual prototype, rolling out products to customer
environment, doing customer process maturity assessments

Entrepreneurial: Start-up experience with commitment,
determination and courage to realize the final goal of InXero
Nice to have qualities:

Similar experience in social media companies either in the enterprise or consumer
space (SalesForce, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Jive Software, Cisco-Unified
Communications)

Business to business domain knowledge especially in marketing and sales functions
