Marketing/Sales/Community Officer

At InXero, we are looking for such a person to help us evangelize the “Customer Experience Community™”, connect with prospects and customers and develop a strong community. The “Information Sharing Network™” is a paradigm changing Enterprise 2.0 community.

The Marketing/Sales/Community Officer is the company’s key executive responsible for marketing InXero’s capabilities to social web, recruiting community members, listening to the voice of the customers, developing online conduit strategies, engaging in community conversations through social applications, leading sales efforts for the micro communities, building Enterprise Social Network communities and providing input to the product development team.  If you are someone with passion and commitment to build social networking communities in the context of business, we are eagerly waiting to hear from you.

The Marketing/Sales/Community Officer will lead and drive all of the company’s initiatives in the marketing department, including Community Building, Marketing to Social Web, Weblogging, Marketing Operations, Branding, Public Relations, Customer Service, Sales/New Account Acquisition and Product Development.

A self starter with entrepreneurial spirit, the successful candidate will likely:

  • Has a deep knowledge of and passion for technology
  • Is one of those “connectors” that makes other people want to follow them
  • Has experience with, and passion for, creating and consuming new content types: websites, blogs, podcasts, wikis, etc.
  • Is an active blogger (This is a must! – be prepared to show your stuff)
  • Will be the go-to person when it comes to what's hot and what's not on the Web.
  • Is a self-starter with the willingness, and desire, to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done
  • Has masterful interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a juicy Web 2.0 style
  • Experience in strategic sales, acquiring alpha and beta enterprise customers, early stage direct and indirect sales experience
  • Has the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Might have past experience as technology evangelist- this is a plus!
  • Extensive experience forging strategic alliances to support business model
  • Great understanding and sense for enterprise customer behavior and perceptions
  • Experience of developing marketing plans for a start-up company. The successful candidate will be a creative, energetic marketing and branding expert with high business acumen and most importantly who understands what it takes to build the successful company.
  • Ability to provide input to the product development team on the capabilities needed
  • Knowledge of Industry Best Practices such as ITIL, COBIT, IT Governance, IT Service Management, IT Outsourcing
  • Experience with sales and marketing budgets, P&L, and forecasting
